How we write, source, and disclose.

DeciderStack is a small editorial team. We work from what a vendor publishes — pricing pages, plan limits, documentation and changelogs — capture those pages ourselves, and quote the figures as they stood at capture time. Where we have not run a paid plan or a live workload, the article says so. This page explains the rules we follow.

What every review carries

Every published review on DeciderStack carries the same baseline information, in the same place on the page, so readers can compare across vendors without hunting.

• The date the review was published and the date pricing was verified.
• The pricing and plan limits that decide the bill, quoted from the vendor’s own page.
• What the figures do not tell you, and what we could not verify.
• An explicit disclosure of any affiliate relationship on the page.
• The minimum monthly cost to run the plan we are quoting, including required add-ons.

How we source a review

We work from the vendor’s public pages: the pricing page, the plan limits, the documentation and the changelog. We open them ourselves, capture them ourselves, and quote the figures as they stood at capture time. Where the terms we would need sit behind a sales contact, the article says so instead of guessing.

Where we have not bought a paid plan or run a live workload, the article says so instead of implying otherwise. We do not present a vendor’s marketing copy as our own finding, and we do not invent benchmarks, success rates or support times.

What we do not do

• We do not accept payment in exchange for a positive review or a higher score.
• We do not let vendors preview or edit copy before publication. We do share fact-checks after publication and update the page if the vendor is right.
• We do not describe an article as hands-on when all we have done is read the vendor’s published material.
• We do not paraphrase marketing copy as our own words. Quoted material is quoted and attributed.
• We do not invent testimonials, support response times, or SLA figures we did not verify.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links on DeciderStack are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up, we may earn a commission at no cost to you. We never let an affiliate relationship change a verdict. Corrections and updates

Vendors change pricing, features, and policies. When that happens, we update the affected page and add a dated note at the top of the article. If we get something wrong, contact us and we will fact-check, fix the page, and add a correction note with the date.

Who writes the reviews

Articles on DeciderStack are published by the DeciderStack Editorial Team. We do not use individual bylines because there is no single human DeciderStack author — the team checks every draft against the vendor’s own pages before publication.
